Rick's Custom Fencing & Decking was founded by Rick and Marlene Stanley in 1980. We have grown to be the largest retailer of cedar fencing and decking in the Northwest. We will soon match that success in our newest product lines of vinyl fencing and decking. Large quantities of random lumber direct gets purchased from selected mills and delivered it to our re-saw mill in North Plains, Oregon. We cut and grade our wood according to strict specifications. Our goal is to maintain high quality control. We also purchase large quantities of vinyl from the leading extruding plants and deliver it to our manufacturing plant in Salem, Oregon. We cut, route and assemble panels and gates at the manufacturing plant.
